Meet Justin · The person behind Pinnacle
Before I was the investor on the other end of the phone, I was a homeowner trying to figure out what came next.
That experience is part of why I started Pinnacle Home Solutions: to give property owners a respectful conversation, a clear explanation of their options, and a chance to consider a different path.
My story
My approach starts with personal experience, not assumptions about yours.
I went through two years of mortgage forbearance, followed by a loan modification, while trying to find a way to keep my home and avoid foreclosure.
I understand the uncertainty of working through loss mitigation and trying to decide what to do next. It is one thing to talk about a difficult property situation. It is another to live through one.
Then an investor called. That investor purchased my house at a time when I needed a way forward most. The experience showed me what a direct purchase could mean for a homeowner facing a difficult decision.

My family’s experience also shaped this mission. During the 2008 housing crisis, family members went through foreclosure. Seeing that happen close to home, and later facing my own mortgage challenges, made the consequences personal.
Those experiences are why this business matters to me. I want to help other property owners explore their choices early, understand whether a sale could make sense, and have an opportunity to move forward with something to build on.
The purpose behind Pinnacle
My mission is to help homeowners facing foreclosure or other difficult property situations explore a direct cash purchase when it is a practical fit.
For some owners, a sale completed before foreclosure may offer a way to pay off the mortgage, avoid a completed foreclosure, and retain remaining equity after debts and selling costs. My goal is to help owners understand whether that path is available to them.
I also work with owners dealing with inherited homes, major repairs, unwanted rentals, and other situations where keeping a property has become difficult.

Tell me what is happening, what matters to you, and what you hope to accomplish. You do not need to have every answer before reaching out.
We review the property and explain any proposed purchase, timing, and transaction structure. Pinnacle may buy directly or assign its contractual interest to another buyer where permitted and disclosed.
A direct sale is one option. You can compare it with listing, keeping the property, or seeking help from your mortgage servicer or an independent adviser. There is no obligation to accept an offer.
Clear expectations
A direct cash offer may be lower than what a successful retail listing could bring. Consider the price, repair needs, selling costs, timing, and expected net proceeds when comparing your choices.
A sale does not erase accurate late-payment history or guarantee a particular credit outcome. Whether a sale can close before foreclosure, and whether any equity remains, depends on your property, mortgage payoff, liens, costs, deadlines, and the agreed price.
Submitting information does not stop or postpone foreclosure. If a sale is approaching, contact your mortgage servicer, a HUD-approved housing counselor, or an attorney promptly. Pinnacle Home Solutions is a real-estate investment company, not a lender, law firm, credit-repair service, or foreclosure rescue company.
